Registration fee includes: Conference materials, welcome cocktail reception, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and conference banquet.

Student Registration: Each student registration must be accompanied by proof of full-time student status (valid student ID card or letter at the time of registration). All student registrations include Conference materials, welcome cocktail reception, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, dinner and conference banquet.

 

Payment Method:

1)The conference registration fee will be uniformly collected by Wuhan Chytey Aconf Co., Ltd., China and an invoice will be issued. Five payment methods: online banking, VISA/MasterCard, wire transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

NOTE: If you choose wire transfer, you need to bear the commission charge by yourself.

2) If you choose wire transfer, please indicate "ICEPE 2024 + order number" by means of remittance.

Please prepare the electronic version of the voucher, and "upload voucher" on the conference website, so that the financial personnel can process your payment timely and accurately.

Invoice Application:

1) For authors from mainland China
After successful registration and payment, the email and mobile phone number filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link or return to the conference website to apply for the invoice from the "My Dashboard".

Note: The invoices will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the conference (ordinary VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant’s mailbox, and special VAT invoice will be sent to the applicant’s address).

2) For authors overseas
After successful registration and payment, the email filled in during registration will automatically receive the link to apply for the invoice. You can apply for the invoice through the link, and you will receive the invoice automatically.

 

How To Upload Voucher:

NOTE: If you choose wired transfer, you need to upload a voucher.
Log in to the conference page → "My Dashboard" → "my order" → "upload proof" to complete the operation.
